place an ad in fyi knollwood

The FYI Knollwood newsletter is published quarterly. Issues are mailed around the first of the month in March, June, September, and December. The December, March, and June issues go only to Knollwood Neighbors members (approximately 100 families). The September issue goes to all Knollwood homes (approximately 550).

Ads must be provided as camera-ready art. They can be accepted electronically as JPEG files, Word files, or PDFs. The newsletter is printed in black and white; if there is any color in the ad it will come out black or gray. Please be aware that ads containing photographs may not come out as well as the original.

Ads and payment must be received by the 15th of the month before the issue comes out (for example, the deadline for the December issue is November 15). Click here to see sample ad sizes.

These prices reflect a 10% discount. You must place the same-size ad in all four issues. Your ad will run in the next available issue and the three subsequent issues. For example, if we receive your ad by November 15, we will run it in December of this year and in March, June, and September of next year.

Ready to place your ad? Print out the advertising form, complete it, and mail it along with your ad and a check (made payable to Knollwood Neighbors) to:

Ads may be submitted electronically by attaching them to an e-mail to newsletter@knollwoodneighbors.org; the form and check will still need to be sent by mail.
